Who knows a free and open system for processing leads and traffic?

Is there a free solution in the world for processing and distributing traffic and leads?
My task is to collect leads from many of my resources (forms on websites, landing pages) and continue to work with potential customers through mailing lists and hot calls. The system is required to receive and further process leads and performance analytics. I'm thinking of starting to write a system myself if I don't find a ready-made one with open source. Haven't found anything yet :(
