What corporate password managers are (you know)?

Hello.
The task was to organize a single database for storing passwords with a convenient and beautiful web face. With the ability to create user groups with different access levels. This is necessary in order to safely share access among employees, as well as quickly report changes. Suggest options, please.

Do you need a system to store user accounts with different access groups, etc., or just passwords so that different people can copy-paste them centrally? In the first case, LDAP was invented a long time ago.
