KDE - switching between speakers and headphones

Hello.
I have Arch, KDE I

have speakers connected to the analog jack on my mac and I have headphones (USB)
Sometimes you need to switch the sound for all programs from headphones to speakers and vice versa.

Is that possible? And will it work with flash?

@uscr

Do you want PulseAudio? Then you can do whatever you want with pavucontrol.
And ... What does the poppy have to do with it? Do you have arch on a mac?
