Which CMS to choose for a product catalog?

I know there were similar questions, but I didn’t find what
I needed
.
Criteria:
Ease of adding products.
Easily changeable design.
I don’t really like CMS, but I don’t have time to fence the bike) ..
Now one thought is to cut everything out of ocStore ...

As an option (instead of OpenCart/osStore) Wordpress.
Product - an entry that can be placed in several categories. Categories support hierarchy. Also, there are tags.
If the cart, and payment / delivery is not needed, provided that you know Wordpress at a sufficient level, Wordpress will cost less to maintain and build. Plus, to be honest, it is much richer in useful plugins.
Z.Y. He made and accompanied catalogs / stores on both.

Wordpress is the simplest and most understandable CMS. Everything you need is in this thread. You can find all settings, plugins, templates on the Internet.
