Not on the server, but as an application (that is, such a cms that can be carried on a flash drive, for example), for working with text, pictures, videos and then uploading it to json for a desktop application. Preferably cross-platform, with sqlite base and open source.
An example application about football with sections (team, league, etc.) and under sections (player, match) each section has its own list of elements with data (image + name + description for example).
