There is a site similar to zdarovita.ru (Not advertising), its modules: Registration, Cart, Payment, Catalog, Services, Manufacturers, Blog. I myself write in Laravel, Django. I did not come across CMS. I want to know what plugins to use for these modules? and did I choose WP for this (because it is the most popular)?

In addition, there are many plugins for WP that allow you to work with the audience: tests, contests, etc. WP is universal, you can do everything on it.
OpenCart is specialized. It is also quite popular and easy to learn, there are many extensions to it, but they are mainly only for the trading part and around it. The free extensions that add blog functionality still haven't solved the CNC problem, in my opinion.
