Legal consequences of a bug on the site?

Hello. Interested in the legal responsibility for the following action. There is a coupon to the store for a discount, the coupon can be used once. But! If you enter it simultaneously in two accounts and apply it, it will be applied in both orders. How can there be responsibility for this? And if so, what article?

First of all, the existence of liability depends on the jurisdiction of which state the purchase belongs to. In the Russian Federation, such an act can be qualified under Art. 165 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (Causing property damage by deceit or breach of trust) or Art. 159.6 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (Fraud in the field of computer information). And in another state there may not be a "suitable" prohibition and, accordingly, such an act will not be qualified as a crime at all.

In Russian law, there is a need for intent and damages incurred.
If there is no intent, and even more so, there are no losses, then it will be difficult to do something according to the mind.
Ok, if intent can still be pulled by the ears, if you can prove that different accounts belong to the attacker, then it’s not so simple with losses.
About the discount, if its size does not reduce the cost of the goods to below its purchase price, then there are no losses, there is only lost profit, which definitely cannot be the basis for criminal administrative prosecution.
It is necessary to read in the license agreement and the description about discounts
Users should not be held responsible for the mistakes that the store makes... put yourself in the shoes of two different users who accidentally made a purchase using the same discount coupon (we are not discussing the likelihood of this event now), why should they be punished for this?
ps Remember that the price on the price tag is of priority to what the store expects, was the price announced at the time of the purchase? paid by the client in full? remember how a person bought a TV at a price of 0 (an error on the website of the online store, after which everyone began to write that the price on the website was not an offer, etc.)
