Is it possible to borrow ideas in design?

Good afternoon!
Interested in the following question:
There are two CRM, one of mine (development to order) and CRM ( www.moysklad.ru/)
During development, the task was to make the design like www.moysklad.ru/.
As a result, I made a hat and a menu like theirs.
The code itself and the styles are all mine: from them only the very idea of \u200b\u200bthe arrangement of elements and the color scheme in the header.
This is where the similarity ends.
And for myself, I changed the colors of the links and slightly lightened the background of the header.
Do I understand correctly that there can be no claims against me from ( www.moysklad.ru/) ? Color combinations are freely available. In fact, I only have their idea for the layout of the header itself.
I am attaching screenshots.

There is no judicial precedent in Russia, and Part 4 of the Civil Code is incredibly vague in its wording. Therefore, the decision of the Russian court can be anything. I recommend proceeding from the subject of sites, for example, if you make identical sites for two construction companies, the director of the first of them will be furious, and if you copy for a beauty salon, he will not care.

This is a plagiarism of the design, not the idea. Yes, and in the thematic area. For such things, yes on the ribs ...

Based on the search made the following. conclusion:
There is no criminal or administrative responsibility for such a part of the layout.
Since basically there is a similarity in colors (and this is not prohibited). And the arrangement of elements is not a unique solution and is inherent in many developments. But I will appreciate your opinion.
Why am I so interested? Yes, because a lot of work has been invested in development, etc. And all this was initially agreed with the client that the rights to the CRM engine remain with me. Therefore, subsequent projects are planned on an already developed engine, including personal ones.
Of course, you can turn it into red tones, remove rounding from the buttons, or something like that. But from a change in the places of the terms (as is known), the sum does not change. So there is absolutely no point.
Thanks all for the advice. Periodically looking for ideas, I take note of something to change the design.
