Physical location of the server for the legal entity?

Good day.
Let's say I am a legal entity that sells goods through the Online Store. Can I place my facilities outside the territory of the Russian Federation and store all the data there?

If you store personal data, then only on the territory of the Russian Federation.
In particular, if you can register on your site, leave your full name, address, phone number, then this is all personal data.

You can.
But the replica of the database with data must be located on servers located in the Russian Federation. This is a requirement of FZ-152. And even then this reservation is simply due to the fact that the Federal Law does not determine that the server should be the only one or that the storage should be only in the Russian Federation - maybe this will be "fixed" in the future.
In the current reality, you are obliged to store data on the territory of the Russian Federation, but there are no stipulations in the law that there may be other servers located outside the territory of the Russian Federation.
