I want to make a website with a convenient catalog of companies of a certain type (you can say an aggregator). I will take the basic information about companies from their websites, but I will write a unique text description. I will leave a link to the company's website. Is it legal (I don’t want to copy anything except for the name, addresses, phone numbers from the company’s website)?

If the information is from open sources ("brought to an unlimited number of persons") - why not.
