My website was stolen, what should I do?

A couple of years ago I made hinthunter.ru - I interviewed designers, somehow developed it and everything was fine, but now I noticed that there is a full copy at normapro.ru - I have nothing to do with this project, but the content impudently stolen, copyrights and links changed.
Hence, in fact, the questions - what to do in such a situation? Where to apply?

I have already come across such sites more than once, everything is solved very simply:
1. We look at its hosting: www.hawkhost.com. This is a regular, cheap, non-bulletproof hosting. Here is a dedicated complaint form: www.hawkhost.com/Contact/abuse Explain
in plain English that your site has been completely copied.
2. We look at the domain registrar: Organization "Domain Registrar REG.RU"
Here is their contact form: https://www.reg.ru/support/ticket, there is an item: Legal issues -> Copyright infringement.
Write a complaint that the domain owner is illegally using your content.
Important: write everything calmly, without emotions. Justify that your site was made earlier, give links to your site from significant resources. If sites go from a clone site to your original pages in social networks - indicate this.
In 100% of cases, the site will be closed.

I would just be upset is all. Well, the logo hasn't changed. Yes, and in the Facebook block your address is indicated.

Habra has how many duplicates there are - nothing, the project is alive.
