The laptop screen flickers black in black and on the left side of the screen a strip appears from time to time that runs. Green Yellow or Red.
I already disabled the driver.
I disassembled the laptop and cleaned it of dust.
Antivirus scanned the system.

The first suspicion is the monitor cable. The second is for the video chip. Take it to the repairmen, of course.

If it is built into the processor, then the cost of repair can be comparable to half the cost of a laptop. And not the fact that it will help for a long time.
According to the laptop model (up to letters and numbers), you can google and understand whether you have a discrete or integrated video card. If integrated - alas, see above. If discrete - cheers, you can change the video card.
