Why do you need to know exactly the type of connector? to find a programmer with an adapter? If I were you, I would better find a datasheet for the controller and by dialing the contacts set which signals go to the connector, and then I just soldered a programmer or ttl to it. The connector is more likely to be proprietary and finding an adapter for it is not an easy task.

It's a dodgy usb.
There are two tracks going to the connector - these are d + and d-. Power and land call is not a problem at all.
