Partizan Access Control System how to connect?

Good day. There is a Network Controller Partizan PAC-12.NET which is connected and responsible for blocking the doors, but it has the wrong time and the door does not close the first time. There is a Partizan ACM program. Nowhere can I find documentation on how to connect to this controller and configure it

Judging by the site , they have technical support and official documentation. Have you tried writing first and reading second?
