The laptop screen flickers, and the flicker is visible only through the smart camera (vertical stripes), how to get rid of the flicker.
Samsung NP300 laptop, Intel HD 3000 video card, OS - Win 7, RAM -6 Gb.

If you can't see it like that without a camera, it's probably the work of the backlight.
Try to increase the brightness, if the flickering changes shape, then this is the work of the backlight (PWM).
Also rotate the camera 90 degrees - for sure the stripes will turn the same way.
