Laptop for encoder?

Hello.
I am planning to buy a new laptop. I am engaged in front-end development and website design. Not very deep yet, but the time will come. Therefore, I wanted to ask which laptop with what characteristics will be needed in the future.
For 4-5 years I have been using a 17" Lenovo G700 (Intel Core i7 3612QM 2100MHz, 8GB DDR3, NVIDIA GeForce GT 720M). Plus or minus everyone is happy. Now the budget is 50,000 - 70,000.
I would very much like (but not necessarily) a widescreen, but light (almost always I carry) laptop. There are thoughts about the poppy. Attracts external and internal design, attracts reviews. And of course the name. But there are a couple of questions for him:
1. Friends who used Windows and moved to a poppy claim that they will not come back. Does this apply to developers?
2. How difficult is it to find the right software?
3. Is it possible to buy a suitable poppy for this budget?
4. Is it worth the money?
If not, then where should you look?

1. On a poppy, a unix terminal, which is much better than a Windows console. But for developers, there is not much difference. If they want, they will roll anything and on anything.
2. As for programming, it's not problematic.
3. No. Everything in this price category is a Macbook Air with a 13-inch screen (which is unrealistically small for development, especially front-end), and even with very poor performance). For this money, it is better to take some kind of Windows laptop, where there will be a larger screen and better stuffing. Or even a PC with good stuffing + pick up a cool monitor and a nice keyboard. What else is needed for happiness?
4. Macbook air - no. Macbook pro - worth it. Because on the pro, there is already a good stuffing, which will definitely give you 5 years to develop applications and front-end of any complexity, a 15-inch screen, a good keyboard, and so on. But again, if the budget does not allow, then take a Windows laptop or PC.
