In general, I decided to flash this printer with firmware from the site, and something went wrong, what should I do? smart organizing monitor does not open itself, but there is just a point for downloading the firmware. The printer itself is detected when connected, maybe there are alternative programs to force the firmware to be uploaded?

You can flash with official and unofficial firmware. The official one will allow the printer to work with the original ink that you will buy; unofficial - will allow you to refuel several times.
Forced filling will not work in your case. It is better to contact the manufacturer's support service - contact options here
