Mikrotik and wifi printer HP ENVY - how to make a computer see a printer from a different subnet?

Please help with solving the problem of connecting a computer to a wifi printer.
The computer is in a subnet 192.4.1.0, the printer in a subnet 192.4.2.0. The computer at an emphasis does not see the printer on IP though IP of the printer responds from a computer. Maybe some broadcasts do not reach?

This printer is installed through its special software.
After that, a printer port of type CN26FC200305QS appears in the system with the description "HP network re-discovery port monitor".
UPD: I figured out the problem, as Eugene correctly noted, everything was initially resolved. and in the firewall rules, any forward requests were prohibited for me, except for those that go from subnets to the Internet, i.e. forward between subnets were also prohibited, created a rule and everything flew.
PS: Thanks to Eugene for the tips.

What do you mean you can't see? By default, it will not see it in a network browser (for example, without WINS, if this model uses netbios for detection), but routing has nothing to do with it (more precisely, detection is hindered by the fact that devices have a different L2 domain, but Mikrotik , of course, the connection traffic to the printer itself does not block - by default, everything is allowed for it).
Open the control panel and install the printer by IP address.
