Why is the toner balance (oid .1.3.6.1.2.1.43.11.1.1.9.1.1) not the same as the value in the web interface?

Good day.
I was going to monitor the toner in network printers and notify the person in charge .. and ran into an ambush:
There are several devices from HP and Canon
in .1.3. we can see the percentage.
so, there is the following table of values (value from SNMP / value from the web interface)
1 device) 62 / 60
2 device) 69 / 70
3 device) 21 / 30
4 device) 59 / 60
(first 2 MFPs - HP, last 2 - Canon)
in canons - refilled cartridges, but HP - new and original.
Question two:
1) why indications of SNMP and the web interface differ?
2) where is the information closer to the truth?

Apparently the web interface just rounds off the readings.
With simple MFPs, you can not expect reliable data. In some, even the cartridge has only two states, such as normal and empty.
I have absolutely accurate data given only by Xerox devices of the 5330 and 7530 type. Toner is poured into them.
I would not recommend that you rely heavily on these figures. First of all, learn how to catch MFP errors when prompt intervention by an engineer is required. And it is better to leave the signaling about the replacement of the cartridge at the mercy of the user and always provide a spare cartridge in stock, as well as a clear scheme for applying for a replacement.
We have done so. in service of about 1000 printers and MFPs of various formats
