Website monitoring?

Hey Habr!
I really need advice "on live bait", who has any experience with monitoring the site / s?

The requirements are not very broad. Such:
- naturally, the monitoring itself. uptimes and that's all.
- accessibility from a variety of access points by geo. Europe, Asia, North-South America, Africa, Australia. (CIS is not interested at all)
- rebuffs for a cart
- different payment methods

Other features like a mobile application (not necessary, but it would be great), reports and that's all welcome.

If you are only interested in uptime, then there are a lot of options. If it is additionally interesting to track the download speed, then I advise https://www.statuscake.com/ for example.
By the way, it also has a linux agent for monitoring the server itself.
