Kali linux won't start after update What to do?

Hello. I don't like to ask questions on forums, but I can't find the same case with the answer as I did. I wanted to update the hashcat drivers, for this I had to do a full update (apt update && apt full-upgrade -y). During the update, 2-3 windows popped up, I don’t remember exactly (There was a postgres database and something systemic, but it seems not so important according to the description). After doing a reboot and kali freezes completely. restarting in virtualbox doesn't help. If anything, it's worth the latest version of Virtualbox. After starting kali linux, everything goes fine, but the "dragon" loads and the bar stops and nothing happens (photo below)
