Which Linux distribution to choose for beginners?

Hello! My question is:
I want to start studying cyber security and I don't know which Linux distribution to choose since I have never worked with Linux before. I read that you need Kali Linux, but they say that it is not suitable for beginners. Please advise what to choose. I would be very grateful.
PS I have been working on Windows for a long time (about 5 years).

I want to start studying information security and don't know which Linux distribution to choose

For a quick start: bubunta, mint
Pros: for beginners. Sleek graphics, installation without problems, getting started noticeably faster than in other distributions
Cons: step to the right, step to the left - an attempt to escape, a jump in place - an attempt to fly away. The axis is just a tool for running programs, and programs in linux are designed for those who know how to solve problems themselves, so the forums are full of teapot questions from bubuntovods.
For total immersion: arch, gentoo, slack
Pros: knowing how one of these distributions works - you know the whole linux. This is not an exaggeration - you will have to study a lot of everything that is needed just to get the axle started and twenty more times so much to work with it, but this will already be solid knowledge, and not Bubunt's "tyk-myk" (because that bubunta is a kind of "windows on linux")
Cons: the start is monstrously slow. You have to learn a HUGE amount of stuff just for the sake of getting the system up and running. And, most likely, it will turn out not from the first (and not from the second, but it’s good if it’s from the fourth) time. To solve any problem - you need to know it thoroughly - otherwise it simply will not be solved. No belts, no insurance - man, config, text editor.
For the enterprise: centos, hat (paid!)
Pros: Reliability! For an enterprise distribution, the first thing is not to break anything when upgrading.
Cons: Reliability comes at the cost of software updates being soooooo late...
When you don't know what to choose: debian
Pros: It's debian
Cons: It's debian
(JFYI: I use Calculate Linux - a fork of Gentoo)

I'm telling you as someone who recently started working in unix administration. Start with Ubuntu LTS 18.04. Firstly, there are a lot of manuals in all languages, and secondly, it is more automated and requires a minimum of actions (relative to other unix systems) from the user. To start - the very top.
