js debug ios webview opened inside app?

Is there a js way to debug with breakpoints for internal ios webviews? By internal, I mean the webviews that are opened within the current application with the current UI. An example is a webview opened from the Google app, Google+, etc.
It is the js debugger that interests me, the built-in consoles ala firebug lite, unfortunately, do not help me much.
