Iscsi disk partition corruption?

Good day!
There is a partition connected via iSCSI, the initiator is installed on win server 2012, the disk itself is physically located on qnap 253. There are 3 mount points on the disk, and so one stopped opening. Writes that the disk is not available, drove the disk with the "testdisk" program, the directories are visible with varying degrees of success.
I got confused in the recovery software, to be honest, I didn’t touch the topic for 8 years, there was no point in taking it to the office. because There is no commercial information there, but there are 350 GB of distributions :)
