How to recover data in NTFS after replacing data (C# *.cs files)?

How can I restore an entire folder (*.cs format) after replacing the data with another folder with the same name?
I tried to restore with this program "Recuva" only a couple of files from the folder were restored correctly, all other files are somehow left.
