Is two tags on the same Wordpress page bad?

As far as I understand, the design template + SEO by Yoast plugin creates a duplicate tag on the page . I wanted to know how bad it is, and how to remove all titles, except those generated directly by SEO by Yoast. Thank. <title>

Andrey Khokhlov , how can I remove it link rel="alternate"from the template? I can’t find it in .php files. I found a
duplicate tag <title>in base.php and fixed it, now it looks like this:
