Through the getUserMedia API in javascript, you can access the local camera on your computer
and take a picture.

If you don’t advise it more convenient for users, then for the time being I decided to do so
On the smart desktop, a shortcut (through manifest is fenced) to the right place in the admin panel.
Log in, Authorized can upload photos to a personal folder.
In other places of the admin panel, you can move from this gallery to the desired entities.
