How to force Drupal to display all content from a category if no exposed filter is selected?

Good time everyone.
The situation is as follows: I created exposed filters for some fields, successfully displayed them in a block, etc., but if no filter is selected, there will be no results. For example, the page /category/news/ will return an empty result, and the page /category/news/?author=All will show all the news, as it should be.
The filters are presented in a standard taxonomy view, i.e. it uses only contextual filters by term ID and exposed filters by fields (all optional).
To quickly solve the problem, I had to use a crutch in the form of an additional block, but is there a correct and clean path to the desired result?
I would be grateful for advice on the topic, thanks.

So there is also a checkmark: When the filter value is NOT available => Display all results for the specified field.
