Is this a homemade widget or is it provided by the App Store?

Good afternoon.
Tell me, is the widget (an offer to install the application) in the picture homemade (written by LinkedIn employees) or is it provided by the App Store service or some other ..?


You also need such a widget for Google Play.
I've seen these a few times but can't find them. In it, it turns out, current statistics on the rating are shown.
If this is still homemade, then where can I get up-to-date information on the rating of the application?
