Can I remove reviews when updating an app in the App Store?

Somewhere I met an article that Apple allowed developers to sort of reset the rating and remove reviews when releasing a new version of their application, or that reviews and ratings would be displayed only for the latest version of the application. Now I can't find anything on this subject. The feeling is that I dreamed it. Although I noticed that for some very popular applications, the first review on the application page is displayed quite recently, and the application was released a long time ago. And in my application, the very first negative review is displayed and spoils my conversion (((

This can be done when submitting a new version. In the connection where you fill in information about the new version, at the very bottom there is an item "Reset average rating for iOS". If suddenly you have nothing to update, send the same build, and in the what's new section, just write something in the style of made some updates... Apple cannot check if you made changes to the code, but only the functionality and visual design. So for them you can just write we optimized code of the app.
