In-app purchases through your site?

I have an application in which I want to enable the purchase of internal currency, but I do not want to use in-app billing for 2 reasons: 1. This is 30% that Google takes for itself. 2. This is a limit on the maximum amount of 40k rubles. The question is, is it possible to make a button, when clicked, a page from my site will open in the webview for the user to replenish the balance? Will google and apple be blocked for this? Well, or is it possible to make a pop-up window in which there will be a call to replenish the balance through the site?

Apple will block at the review stage. They do not care, even if users do not know how to connect a payment card to the phone.
Google will block if users complain.
A pop-up window with calls will definitely quickly reveal your scheme.
