Hello,
we want to release an application in VK and in the future for mobile phones. I would like to reserve the names of the application in VK for google play and apple store. Is it possible? How to do it?

Package names are domain-based and do not have to match. The uniqueness of the name in both stores is not required. The only way to somehow protect the identity is to register a trademark and monitor the stores.
Therefore, do not suffer from bullshit, it is better to spend time creating a decent product.
