Is there any visible difference between 2k 24 and 4k 27?

Rather invisible. At 4K 27'', you will fidget around the screen with a magnifying glass like an Asian from memes.
I have 33'' 2K, highly recommended.

Go to the store and test your eyesight, everyone's eyesight is different.
Everything will depend not only on the resolution and diagonal, but also on the matrix, size and pixel density.

Optimally I took
for\from 1080p everything up to 24 '
for\ from 2k everything from 24' to 30'
for\from 4k I think I would take at least 35 .. well, kamon, why TV?
