At the moment I work in the lower php (symfony / zend) as a developer for 115k + bonuses of 0.5 of the salary twice a year. The company is completely legal (i.e. no loans, no online casinos, no bookers and other dubious guys) and the salary is completely white.

The question is always not the average for the hospital, but how well you are personally and where you will be taken. I have equally seen geniuses working for 70k with good experience and sassy kids with almost no experience for 150k. And, if anything, you should get used to the fact that this is a rarity in IT awards. You're just lucky right now
