How to combine the main work and self-study 3D?
Hello, tell me, are there any here who, in their desire to change their lives, learned something after their main job?
I work in a call center, I'm a sysadmin by education, but you won't find a normal job without experience. I decided to take up 3D modeling, after work I watch courses on YouTube, I try something myself, but I’m not sure that I will last that long, it’s like working at two jobs, roughly speaking. Are there people here who have changed their lives in this way?

You are a Scanner (Barbara Sher, Refuse to Choose). Think philosophically about your life first. Then implement your plans, start one at a time and with small ones (examples in the book).
About 3D: try not only to watch YouTube, but also try other approaches: read books, try different software shells and languages.
