Hello, I need a small program for statistics from several servers - "once every five minutes you need to poll the server for life and load on it, notify in case of errors by mail", so I want to ask if there is a utility installed on the server for such analytics and reporting (not third party services) for Windows Server 2012, 2014?

Windows has its own monitoring and event notification tools. It's called Performance Monitoring.
