How to properly configure routing in windows server 2012?

Greetings,
Linux has a typical howto for setting up a server with two interfaces, like this https://habrahabr.ru/post/30076/ , the meaning of which is that you need to make several routes and tell packages that if they leave through a specific interface, then take the answer from there.
How to do something similar on Windows?
There is 3proxy, which works fine, but when routing is turned on (two gateways), it dies, apparently does not understand where to send or where to receive, can someone come across?
Followed the recommendations for creating several routes from their docks.

The principles of setting up IP do not depend on the OS, IP is either in linux IP or in Windows.
Routing in Windows can be configured with the route command.
If you could describe your network and problem, it would be more accurate.
