How to configure routing for subnets to different gateways using L3 switch CISCO 3750?

Hello!
There is an idea, but there is no complete understanding of how to do it using CISCO 3750:
We have several subnets (VLAN):
1 - 192.168.1.0/29 (VLAN10)
2 - 192.168.1.8/29 (VLAN20)
3 - 192.168.1.64/26 ( VLAN30)
4 - 192.168.1.128/26 (VLAN40)
5 - 192.168.1.192/26 (VLAN50)
L3 switch - CISCO 3750, several L2 switches - CISCO 2960
Everything is routed through subinterfaces on L3.
When using one router, there are no questions. Everything works as it should.
There is a need to create a diagram from a drawing, i.e. everyone should see each other, but at the same time, VLAN30 should go to the Internet through VLAN10, and VLANs 40 and 50 through VLAN20.
Please share your experience of creating such a network.

Use PBR or VRF. Everything is simple with PBR, but if you use VRF, then it’s a little more complicated than PBR and the config is larger and it takes longer to figure it out, but in the end I think there will be more profit from VRF, when you expand the network, you will simply add a new network to the desired VRF. Specifically, in your scheme, you can create 2 VRFs, distribute vlan 10 into one, and 40 and 50 into the other. Set up import and export of routes so that everyone can see each other, and then give one default to each VRF.

@Gansterito

Make each of the segments (vlan30, 40, 50) in its own VRF.
Both gateways should also be placed in a separate VRF.
Configure route leaking between VRFs (there are 5 in total) in accordance with routing rules.
