How to add Desktop Virtualization Host to Microsoft VDI?

At the main office of the company for VDI, I have a separate server and everything works as it should, but in one branch everything is still very weak and there is an AD DS replica running on a regular PC and I wanted to make VDI on it. So the first question is: is it possible to combine the roles of AD DS and VDI (Hyper-V and etc) on one machine?
Initially, on AD DS in the branch, I simply had the Hyper-V role raised and several service virtual machines were running there. I decided to simply add the RD Virtualization Host server to the existing RDCB and Web-Accesse on the server in the main branch. This is where the second question arises: when adding, I get an error at the deployment stage of the role service "Remote Desktop Session Host". The error is: "Failed to create Windows Firewall exception for Windows Management Instrumentation." The firewall has COM+ and WMI allow rules enabled, but I can't add a host. Removing the Hyper-V roles and removing the rules from the firewall did nothing.
So far, I’m sinning that the server is a domain controller and the role installation service cannot make any changes to the firewall rules.

A lot of time has passed, I forgot to unsubscribe the solution. The point was that the Hyper-V services run from local accounts on the hypervisor. And on the DC server, there are simply none. All accounts are directory items. Therefore, when deploying role services, inexplicable things happened.

A more or less logical scenario is to remove the AD DS role from the machine. Raise Hyper-V, make a virtual machine - a domain controller, have fun further ..... (provided that NO more roles are installed on the Hyper-V host)

Domain controller role servers are _strongly_ not recommended to be mixed with any other roles.
