What virtualization software supports IBM POWER8 servers?

Got a question. There is a server based on the IBM POWER8 processor. What program to virtualize it? I looked at the VMware compability list - I did not find the right processor. As I understand it, this means that a POWER8-based server cannot be virtualized using this software. Did I understand correctly? And what will happen? And will it work at all?

ZZY Decided to clarify the issue. There is a server. It needs to be "virtualized" in order to experiment and train employees over its virtual copy. On hardware, the server is only available for a short time. Can it be copied and emulated at all on a PC or another server? Or is it not possible?
