Forwarding USB devices to a VMWare virtual machine?

Colleagues, good afternoon!

I ran into a problem - there is a VMWare ESXI 6.7 host
running Windows Server on it. There are 10 usb devices forwarded to the server - EDSs. Now there is an urgent need to hang more than 10 devices on this virtual machine, but at the ESXI level an error occurs when adding the 11th device: "There are no more usb devices available to add", based on the text, it is clear that more than installed is impossible.
Question: is there any way to bypass it? Has anyone encountered a similar problem? What solutions are possible or at least in what direction to dig??

1) Anywhere USB
2) Change hypervisor to KVM.
3) Throw not USB devices, but the entire controller.
