Migrate a docker container without losing data?

I want to transfer my owncloud container with all data to another server and run it there,
but the problem is that not all container data is transferred, please give guidance on this, thanks

Data cannot be stored in a container.
You have a problem with container design. Take out the data and transfer it in parts: the container is separate, the data is separate.
