Please tell me an application for windows (with local data storage) in which it would be possible to:
Create a list of tasks with a short name, detailed description and status (new, in progress, there is a problem, ready)
To add a list for any of the tasks subtasks with the same properties.
And so that the worst status "floats up" from child branches to parent ones. That is, if something is not ready somewhere in the depth of the branch, the branch is considered not ready and you can get to the sub-branch with the problem. Accordingly, if all sub-branches have the "done" status, the parent branch is also "done"
(Thus, you can divide a complex task into sub-tasks until each sub-task is easily solved.
