Which application to choose for maintaining a list of tasks?

I have 5 dorms in service and a swimming pool. Residents and visitors leave me applications for all sorts of repairs in paper magazines.
Now I carry a notepad with me and rewrite requests (building, room, problem, readiness status).
For example: common 9B, 905, no electricity, built an automatic machine.
Please tell me an application for android, preferably with a web version, where it would be possible to keep records for each building separately (tabs for example) and supply statuses for individual applications (buy spare parts, no home, etc.)
I tried simplenote, but this is the most simple notepad is not suitable for my tasks ...

I have about 300 houses in service. There are no applications for such tasks to fit the conditions. That's why I do mine.
The most that can be adapted, and to be on Windows and Android, is Asana and / or Todoist.
You can deploy your vTiger or Redmine. Both are free project management systems, but the second one in Ruby is a bit of a pain in the ass. For her, by the way, there is a more tuned but paid RM +
in Tiger made on SugraCRM, if I remember correctly, which is also free and also worth attention.
But in general, the most correct in this situation is Laravel + AdminLTE (Metronic) and a list of requirements. For little money, you can do just what you need.
