TODO application for Linux?

Please advise a todo application for Linux or maybe a web application. What you need is a global task with adding subtasks and assigning different notification times for the global task and subtasks. What I tried - wunderlist (subtasks can only be added in the paid version), keep google - an inconvenient interface and did not find how to make subtasks with their own notification time. Right now I'm just editing a text file.

There is a native client for the Android version of Linux.

dynalist.io has an app for all platforms.
there is everything that was so lacking in google tasks and the workflowy
developer stole a lot from Workflowy and improved it.

ToDoist is available on all platforms and is minimalistic.
