Good day to all! We do a variety of jobs for a variety of clients. Basically, installation work on the installation of telecoms. equipment.
We have a team of installers, whose employees periodically change among themselves depending on the tasks. They go to installation work 2-4 times a day according to the records made by managers in google sheets in the form of a calendar (sales, by the way, are managed in Bitrix24).
At present, the tables have grown to a scale that is simply inconvenient to use. Especially on mobile devices.

The question is who and how manages similar employees? What solutions do you use and can you advise? Maybe you have heard something about what can be applied in our case?
