Project management

What is the best planner to use for simple but special tasks (projects, tasks, checklists)?

System requirements: Web version and/or OS X version and/or iOS version
Issue price: Free or so
Collaboration: Not interested, I work alone.
Opportunities:

  • Projects/subprojects
  • Tasks/subtasks
  • Ability to create a template for a new project or copy existing ones
  • Ability to take notes when closing a task
  • There are enough states for tasks (not ready / ready)

In fact, we need advanced checklists with some functionality from task and project management. The main task to be solved is that the system is configured according to the created checklist (the simplest example understandable to the audience is server configuration). Therefore, it is necessary to copy projects or create templates, because there are a lot of standard projects (checklists). Previously, I printed out a table with projects on plain paper and marked what was done in the corresponding columns with checkboxes. With the growth in the number of projects, it became wildly inconvenient. The use of spreadsheets is exactly the same thing - when working on a project, it is completely unnecessary to see the lines of other projects that interfere with focus. In addition, over time, checklists become more complicated and sometimes it is necessary to complicate such sheets by creating sub-items and dependencies. Also, printing out each project checklist on A4 is not good because the projects are somewhat long in time. They last more than one day, so some kind of system of memorization and control is needed.
Services tested:
  • producteev.com - not found the ability to copy projects or create templates. Only 2 levels of projects 2 levels of tasks. The rest at first glance satisfies. Free version tested.
  • sitechco.ru is the only checklist service found. Unfortunately, it is completely sharpened for testing, so even less conventional PMs are suitable.
  • todoist.com - although weak but quite suitable for checklists functionality (task manager), however, the function of creating templates is only in the paid version. I'm not ready to pay for this feature alone.
  • asana.com is a pretty standard project management service. There are projects/subprojects, tasks/subtasks. Classics of the genre - inbox (I don't need it yet). It is possible to use project templates. At the moment I'm studying the service in more detail. It may be necessary to stop at it, if there is nothing more narrowly suitable. The free version is being tested.

Please advise anything else that might fit my needs. Perhaps there is something for OS X / iOS.
Threat All that you need to install on the server and admin is not good. I want to save time, not waste it.

Wunderlist - There is an application for all possible platforms, it is convenient for maintaining checklists, and not for complex tasks, the free version is enough for the eyes.
Doit.im - There is an app for OSX/iOS.

Try OmniFocus - standard $40, pro - $80
And for good, of course, you need to install redmine on the server, especially if someone else is involved in projects.

Try Microsoft OneNote, it is available for all common platforms, it supports Word markup, heading levels, indexing of notes, etc. You can add a bunch of different flags to one "tick" according to the degree of importance or purpose, you can do triple daws, such as the first line of the item is done, the second, the whole point is fulfilled.
