How to create a new team in Asana?

Recently registered in Asana ( https://asana.com/ ). I really like everything, but I can’t create a new team, there is no such button, although it is everywhere on the screenshots! Maybe this is a paid feature?
Who uses Asana, tell me please!
I tried everything, I watched all the manuals and videos on Asana, nothing helped.
