Is there an analogue of Codenotes.me but for closed repositories?

I need to search for all TODO, FIXME, NOTE etc. in the project code and display them in a form convenient for tracking, it is desirable that it be possible to assign an executor, view some statistics, etc. but this is a wishlist, it would be an adequate API, we will screw the rest ourselves. It is not at all necessary that it works with github, any way is possible, just in general we have our own git server, so it doesn’t matter at all, the main thing is that the repository is not public.

Good day.
I am one of the authors of CodeNotes.me. We are going to make private repositories on github, this is a priority task right now. However, I'm not sure that we will be able to work with an arbitrary git server in the near future, it will be quite non-trivial. Maybe you could leave some contacts so that I can notify you about the release of private repositories?
