Task service based on 1s Workflow CORP. How to implement task pool?

Good afternoon. One company decided to switch completely to 1s.
So we decided to implement a task service in 1s Workflow CORP, because. it's too convenient to make process templates and automate all this stuff in this configuration.
But here we stumbled on one question. I describe in general:
There is a task type "Administration: Branches"
3 admins work in this direction

, there is an option to create a common role for them and assign this role as the process executor.
In this case, the task falls to all three admins, and after one of them accepts it from the others, it will disappear.

And I would like to make it so that 1c, seeing the composition of this group, looks at which admin has the fewest open tasks and automatically throws the task to it.
Tell me in which direction to dig and how this condition can be implemented? I didn't find anything like it

@Wetalya

You correctly described everything (at the expense of the role and visibility by everyone). This is how our support works, but not in DOs, but in a configuration specially written for them.
If you need an automatic load balancer, but your DO needs to be finalized. It is trite to make an additional routine task that will check the list of outstanding tasks.

And if you go from the other side and display this task in the list of tasks only to those who have fewer other tasks?
